Teacher Training ( Module 2 )
Teacher Workshops: This is an extention of module 1 (however, you can attend module 2 without having completed module 1) and will consist of pattern manupulations, basic pattern constructions, techniques that can be used on fashion and accessories, additional recycle projects with cost effective way of manufacturing.
Attendees will
(1) Learn to extend a basic bodice shape into a complete garment (Pattern Manupulation)
(2) Tackle zips, fastenings & closures
(3) Easy quilting techniques without seams using fusing method
(4) Creative feet techniques, how to bead with a normal zigzag
(5) Simple projects for KS3 plus add 3-4 new recycled projects to your portfolio
On the day you will work on the techniques mentioned above and take away all the samples you have created. You have the choice to work on what is relevant to your class room and skill levels. What ever skill level you are at this course will help you gain confidence and imporve your skills.
